Refund & Return Policy
Vestra wants you to train with confidence. If something isn't right with your order, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we're unable to process a return or refund.
Condition requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- Free of signs of wear, sweat, odor, or damage
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, weights, and inserts
Wear and tear — not eligible
We do not accept refunds or returns for normal wear and tear. Because the weighted vest is training equipment used during physical activity, items showing signs of use — including sweat stains, odor, scuffing, fabric wear, stretched straps, worn stitching, or general use over time — are not eligible for a refund. Wear and tear from normal use is not considered a product defect.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll repair, replace, or refund a verified manufacturing defect at no cost to you. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
How to start a return
- Email vestra.store@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions before shipping anything back.
- Ship the item to the address we provide within 14 days of approval.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Follow the return steps above and note that you'd like an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
